Return Procedure :

Here, the return of any medication can be valid only after delivery in case the medications received are poor quality or damaged, not as described or expired. You have to lodge a complaint and a replacement request on our company website within the suitable return policy periods of 10 days. Once we get your complaint, we will get back to you within next 24 – 48 hours. Along with your complaint, you need to send a snap picture of defective, damaged or expired product via the e-mail. After verifying your complaint, we assure that you have a replacement of your products as soon as possible.

Cancellation of order:

One you made complete payment to purchase the products, we are not going to cancel your order. Except for cases where you made complete payment to buy a product, if your ordered product is out of stock, then we will reluctantly cancel your order and reimburse your complete payment. The reimbursement of your amount will take at least 7 working days once we get your bank account details from you. While we feel sorry any problem caused by this period, it is the bank’s policy that delays the compensation timing and we have no control over that.
